Elizabeth has more than 10 years' professional human resources and recruiting experience in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Her expertise is in partnering with leading organizations to recruit top talent in the advertising and public relations fields.

Elizabeth gained this experience as Recruiting Manager for several years with Colle + McVoy, a notable Twin Cities marketing communications agency. She started her career in Human Resources at Ameriprise Financial, and learned the ropes of advertising and branding during her tenure at famed agency, Fallon.

She has also worked as a professional resume and cover letter writer for local firm, Guaranteed Resumes. The firm's success with placing candidates led to and interviews with and press coverage from Monster.com, "PRSA (Public Relations Society of America newsletter), "Minneapolis Star Tribune", and "Employment Weekly", among others. Guaranteed Resumes is now known as Guerilla Job Search.

Elizabeth's strength is in listening to and understanding client's needs in relation to hard and soft skills, and especially cultural fit. Through great referrals and networking, she identifies top talent in the Twin Cities market and presents only the most qualified candidates to her clients. Current and past clients include Colle + McVoy, Fallon, Yamamoto, Haberman and Associates, Wells Fargo Financial Services, Aveda and Atterro (previously known as ProStaff).

Elizabeth graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN, with a B.S. in History and emphasis in Spanish. She studied abroad in South America, Asia and Europe, and attended Wheaton College in Norton, MA, for two years. She has also earned credits toward her Master's in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
